Can I ask about ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Discuss the machine and the support you have in mind. Elite can talk through maintenance scope, fees and availability rather than assuming every machine needs the same arrangement.
What if my machine came from another supplier?
You can still enquire. Elite offers paid servicing for vending machines from any provider. Share the machine details so the work and availability can be discussed.
